    Goals

    Introduce people to each other.
    Shared understanding of strategy and timeframe
    Identify key deliverables, working groups, communication channels, etc.

    Draft agenda — all times Pacific time

    5 p.m.: milling around, introductions, goals and agenda review
    5:10: situation overview: PATRIOT Act reauthorization, JUSTICE Bill, other activism, Get FISA Right
    5:25: what’s the ask? who are we asking? goal: a list of a handful of Congresspeople to target, and a crisp message (potentially “Support the JUSTICE Act”)
    5:45: working groups
    5:55: action items and next steps

    After the main meeting: working groups continue discussions; quick review of collateral so far for those who want to stick around.
